Durbell Client Of The Month: Ilze Beukes

Congratulations to Ilze Beukes for being our client of the month at Durbell in January! Keep up the hard work and determination!! I came to ForeverStrong because I felt extremely unhealthy and uncomfortable in my own body, and because of Kevin, his passion in what he does inspired me so much. My goal is to be healthy, that is all I ever wanted. I want to feel comfortable in my clothes, in my body, when I look in the mirror and when I talk to other people. I am also doing this for confidence, many people don’t know this about me, but I am extremely shy and sometimes I like to push myself to do better and to overcome my fears and this would be one of them, doing exercise in public and exposing myself to the being vulnerable in public. My biggest success was starting somewhere and getting to where I am now (Losing 11.1kg of fat weight and 9.1% body fat in only 3 months), enjoying every exercise (because I didn’t enjoy it so much in the beginning… A LOT of pain), but nothing beats the feeling of being healthy and having energy when you wake up. I really enjoy going to ForeververStrong because of the people that work there, it really feels like they are walking this road with you. Even when you fail, they are there to help you get back on track. Once you fully commit yourself to something so life changing, you just find the time or make the time if there is none. Thanks to you Kevin for creating this wonderful program and to all staff at Forever Strong!!
