    I must admit that no 7 is where most of us fail horribly 🙂 especially me!!

    And then …. regarding no 6 … if you exercise from 6 to 7 pm and then go straight into a meeting, it is really difficult to eat at a sensible time…
    Any hints for achieving some nutritional value without carrying your evening meal with you to the meeting? This will NOT go down well with the other attendees – hehe
